What is a "green" kilowatt (NFT)?
The "Green Kilowatt" (NFT), as a "coin" ("stablecoin"), is tied to solar, wind, or hydro generating equipment (SEG Program Packages), rather than kilowatt-hours, which is the real backing of the new financial instrument we are introducing into circulation in the real economy, starting from 2026.

"The Green Kilowatt," or "kilowatt-asset," or "NFT," represents a property complex equivalent to 1 kW of solar, wind, or hydroelectric station equipment in full configuration, generating electricity. This includes actual connection to distribution resources (actual connection to the national grid, an energy storage unit, or energy consumers).
NFT is accrued as standardized income from the "Rental Fee" obtained from the sale of clean electricity from 1 kW of solar, wind, or hydroelectric station equipment.
The "Rental Fee" in the SEG Program is paid to the owner of the roof or land plot as a 30% share of the total assembled equipment kit of the solar, wind, or hydroelectric station.
The equipment kit, in each case, is installed by the national Generating Company SPPG based on a request from third parties placed in the "Queue" service and selected by Artificial Intelligence after the formation of annual financial backing within the chosen SEG Program Package.
NFT, as a financial instrument, has annual financial coverage in three currencies ($/€/£) depending on the "tie" to a particular currency zone, calculated at a unified SEG tariff regardless of jurisdiction, namely:
• 1 kW = 150.00 ($/€/£) / 6 months
• 1 kW = 300.00 ($/€/£) / 12 months
• 1 kW = 600.00 ($/€/£) / 24 months
• 1 kW = 900.00 ($/€/£) / 36 months
If desired, participants of the SEG Program ("SEG Generators") can sell the energy of their "Rental Payment" to national Generating Companies SPPG, based on:
1 kWh = 0.03 ($/€/£) ("SEG tariff"),
or sell the energy of their "Rental Payment" above the SEG tariff to other operators registered in the SEG system, but only at a price higher than the SEG tariff.
Additionally, participants of the SEG Program can sell the energy of the SEG Program (not only the 70% portion of the installed equipment), by acquiring the "SEG Program Agent" License. The cost of the License (12 months) - 900.00 ($/€/£) or 3 kW / 12. A commission is charged at the rate of 1%.
Transactions in "green kilowatts" represent voluntary contractual agreements between parties for a period of 6 to 36 months. Within these contracts, the owner of the energy asset (including SEG Generators) temporarily transfers their rights to receive income from their energy asset to a third-party participant, Operator, or organization for a specified period subject to pre-defined conditions.
This transfer is made at the SEG rate. Such transfer of rights is made upon acceptance of obligations. The transaction is concluded on the next day + duration of the transaction + 24 hours. Upon completion of the transaction, the rights to receive income are restored to the owner of the energy asset ("SEG Generators") on a compulsory basis. Additionally, transactions in kW (NFT) can be made by owners of Rounds in community farms: 10 kW, 15 kW, and 30 kW.

Lessors will be able to receive rental payments in NFT ("green kilowatt") and make payments for goods and services in NFT without losing on conversion. In this case, the amount of NFT will be the same for any currency zone. The NFT transaction can be made for 12, 24, and 36 months at the following rates:
• 1 kW = 150.00 ($/€/£) / 6 months
• 1 kW = 300.00 ($/€/£) / 12 months
• 1 kW = 600.00 ($/€/£) / 24 months
• 1 kW = 900.00 ($/€/£) / 36 months
After the end of the transaction, the income from the sale of energy is returned to the lessor. Starting from 2026, "SEG Generators" will be able to make payments using identified kilowatt assets (NFT), excluding the need for conversion at the exchange rate:
• 1 kW = 150.00 ($/€/£) / 6 months
• 1 kW = 300.00 ($/€/£) / 12 months
• 1 kW = 600.00 ($/€/£) / 24 months
• 1 kW = 900.00 ($/€/£) / 36 months
In this case, the payment in NFT is issued in full, in accordance with the Generator's SEG payment due no later than January 30 for the subsequent year.
The cost of any service or product, as well as any other transaction involving kilowatt assets (NFTs) with a power of less than 1 kW, is considered as 1 kW (or rounded to the nearest whole number after the decimal point).

Solar, wind, or hydro generation equipment is installed based on a third-party request and is backed by financial coverage for each issued NFT from the proceeds generated by the installation of solar, wind, or hydro generation equipment based on the algorithm: 5 countries with a tariff above 0.12 ($/€/£) / 2 countries with a tariff up to 0.12 ($/€/£).
