CLASSO Air startup
We have integrated air logistics into the global logistics service CLASSO. These are multipurpose light aircraft with hydrogen-electric engines for 10-20 seaters, starting with the Cessna Caravan from ZeroAvia. The aircraft will be assembled at "AVIASTAR" LLP in the Republic of Kazakhstan and at the Technopark in Georgia. These planes will be able to deliver packages weighing up to 700 kg between CLASSO warehouses, helping to transport essential goods within 72 hours. Flights between locations are planned with the possibility of up to 10 flights per day:

The joint venture has been named CLASSO Air (UK/Georgia/Kazakhstan). We have introduced a unified rate for package delivery via CLASSO Air, which is set at 10.00 ($/€/£) per kg.

CLASSO Air Plans
From 2025 to 2027, CLASSO Air intends to bring 10 ZeroAvia planes into operation. The investment volume amounts to approximately $4,000,000. By 2028, CLASSO Air plans to conduct up to 20 deliveries per day with ZeroAvia electric aircraft. The logistics route from Kazakhstan to Estonia will be equipped with AeroVolt (UK) electric charging stations every 500 km.
The projected gross revenue from the CLASSO Air service in the CLASSO portfolio could reach $60,000,000 (£/€) per year. CLASSO Air guarantees that its cargo aviation regulations are efficient, effective, and internationally recognized, which simplifies transportation while prioritizing the safety and quality of CLASSO services.

The electric future together with the Swedish startup Heart Aerospace
The Swedish electric aircraft manufacturer Heart Aerospace unveiled significant design updates to its first electric aircraft in 2022 and confirmed Air Canada (one of North America's largest airlines) and the Swedish aerospace and defense company Saab as new minority shareholders.
The aircraft will feature a backup hybrid configuration consisting of two turbogenerators running on sustainable aviation fuel, giving the aircraft a fully electric range of up to 800 kilometers. CLASSO Air startup intends to enter negotiations this fall to purchase 5 electric engines from Heart Aerospace for the first batch of cargo aircraft, also contributing to reducing emissions from air transport well before the end of this decade.
This underscores CLASSO Air's commitment to innovative technologies and solutions for sustainable aviation. CLASSO Air and Heart Aerospace are on the same page, with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and sustainability.
