Solar panel efficiency is the amount of sunlight (irradiance) that falls on the surface of a solar panel and is converted into electricity. Due to the many advances in photovoltaic technology over recent years, the average panel conversion efficiency has increased from 15% to over 23%. VPP SPPG is a collection of distributed energy resources, such as rooftop and land solar power, batteries, electric vehicles, and smart appliances. The energy stored or managed by these resources can help balance the supply and demand of electricity, as well as provide grid services.




Business Model #1: Energy Sales with SEG License.

The SG Program aims to scale up Virtual Power Stations.

On average, a passenger electric vehicle consumes 15-30 kWh per 100 km of travel. A lease payment of 10 kW can produce 14,000 kWh of clean energy per year. This means that your energy can charge vehicles 700 times a year. Sell this energy to owners of electric charging stations or enter into a contract with an electric vehicle owner if there is a charging station on your property (either residential or public).

Business Model #1: Energy Sales with SEG License.
The market for charging stations grows every year, but it is uneven and varies significantly from Europe to Asia. By offering "SEG Program Generators" the opportunity to sell energy to charging stations or to install their own charging stations and sell energy for more than 0.20 ($/€/£) per kWh, including using 70% of the output from our equipment set, we understand that this will be an extremely challenging task, even if the cost per kWh is significantly lower than at other charging stations. That is why we propose a slightly different business model - integrating a broader range of enterprises into your energy project. This concept, called "produce-consume," requires minimal effort and the included proposals generate more income than just charging stations for electric vehicles.
Each participant in the energy market generating "green" energy in quantities from 10 kW or more for open sale will now be able to interact independently with direct consumers, setting a favorable price based on the Uber model. Such consumers may include businesses, electric charging stations, electric vehicle owners, or licensed brokers. However, in this case, platforms offering such a service must become market regulators. Only generating companies, such as SPPG, will be able to provide such a complex and responsible service, setting a "price floor" to prevent dishonest intermediaries from entering the market, as well as offering online insurance and legal auditing.
Electric vehicles are in an ideal position to contribute to and benefit from virtual power stations due to their mobility, flexibility, and large energy storage capacity. SEG Generators are also interested in maximizing the benefits of selling energy by entering spot or long-term contracts with operators, charging stations, and direct energy recipients—electric vehicle owners. Through the SEG Program, electric vehicle owners will be able to enter spot contracts (up to 12 months) with charging station owners. This approach will allow electric vehicle owners to achieve significant savings.
Spot contracts for purchasing energy for electric vehicle charging are strictly concluded in "green" kilowatt-hours (NFT) from 7,000 kWh (approximately 5 kW) to 140,000 kWh (approximately 100 kW) per year. The advance payment is 30% of the spot contract. In case the declared capacity is not utilized, the unpaid portion will be deducted from the advance. Upon full settlement, the advance will be refunded to the owner. The advance can be arranged as a "deposit" with a 5% annual interest accrual.
The owner of the spot contract will be able to sell their preferences to other interested parties, also benefiting from it. In these transactions, direct settlement between the parties is provided. In other cases, the electric vehicle owner can pay in any convenient currency at the rate ($/€/£) or purchase a Certificate for 3,000 kWh. Participants of the SEG Program will be able to make an advance payment with a promissory note in kilowatt-hours (NFT). You can purchase a home car charger to become a participant in the global Virtual EV Power Station. Commission — 1%.

The "Rental Fee" in the SEG Program is paid to the owner of the roof or land plot as a 30% share of the total assembled equipment kit of the solar, wind, or hydroelectric station.
The equipment kit, in each case, is installed by the national Generating Company SPPG based on a request from third parties placed in the "Queue" service and selected by Artificial Intelligence after the formation of annual financial backing within the chosen SEG Program Package.
NFT, as a financial instrument, has annual financial coverage in three currencies ($/€/£) depending on the "tie" to a particular currency zone, calculated at a unified SEG tariff regardless of jurisdiction, namely:
• 1 kW = 150.00 ($/€/£) / 6 months
• 1 kW = 300.00 ($/€/£) / 12 months
• 1 kW = 600.00 ($/€/£) / 24 months
• 1 kW = 900.00 ($/€/£) / 36 months
If desired, participants of the SEG Program ("SEG Generators") can sell the energy of their "Rental Payment" at a unified price to national Generating Companies SPPG, based on:
1 kWh = 0.03 ($/€/£) ("SEG tariff"),
or sell the energy of their "Rental Payment" above the SEG tariff to other operators registered in the SEG system, but only at a price higher than the SEG tariff.

A 39.6 MW project is planned to be built in Slovenia in 2024-2025. The project is being implemented jointly with our Generating company SPPG Slovenia.
The project cost is €37,800,000. The energy selling tariff is €0.18 per kWh.
The estimated annual revenue (before tax deductions and covering operational expenses) is €8,300,000. The income for SPPG Slovenia (before tax deductions and covering operational expenses) is €163,200 per year.

SPPG Kyrgyzstan
Three solar stations with a total capacity of 50 MW are planned to be built in the Kyrgyz Republic in 2024-2025 under the Program 'Investment agreement with the right to buy out a share'. The project is being implemented jointly with our Generating company SPPG Kyrgyzstan.
The project cost is $47,800,000. The energy selling tariff is $0.05 per kWh. The estimated annual revenue (before tax deductions and covering operational expenses) is $3,500,000. The income for SPPG Kyrgyzstan (before tax deductions and covering operational expenses) is $800,000 per year.
To invest in the energy sector of the SEG Program
We are completely open to you investing a portion of your Loyalty Program budget, Investment Packages, or personal funds into the development of community solar or wind farms through equity participation. This will provide you with sustainable income and create a new financial instrument.
Consult with a lawyer regarding this matter and obtain an Offer for available farms starting from 2026. For open sale, no more than 30% of the capacity of the community farm is permitted. Solar printing
Unlike traditional solar panels, which use silicon as the photoactive layer, Printed Solar uses carbon-based semi-conducting polymers printed on recyclable PET plastic. These materials are highly abundant and do not require the energy-intensive manufacturing used to produce silicon solar panels.

Registration of the Generating Company SPPG in your country
Registration of the Generating Company SPPG in your country, operating exclusively under the 'green tariff' within the SEG Program, as well as the construction of a solar power station with a capacity of 13,200 kW to obtain the Generating Company License, and testing of global energy accounting and monitoring software in high tariff and recipient countries.
The required land area for construction of solar stations allowed usage is 7 hectares (70,000 m2), including the following:

If you own or have long-term lease of a land plot of at least 50,000 square meters, have permission to build a solar power station ranging from 5 MW to 30 MW, and your land plot has a solar activity coefficient of at least 1,400 - feel free to contact us!
We will build a solar station for you "turnkey" at a price of 1,100 ($/€/£) per kW without VAT, with a buyback option for 72 months. In case of full payment, you will receive an Investment package as a reward for honesty and responsibility, ranging from 150,000 ($/€/£) to 1,000,000 ($/€/£). The letter of credit (advance) should be at least 5% of the project cost. Commission - 1%.

SEG Program Packages
We install 30% of the equipment set as a lease payment for a period of 15 years, while we install the remaining 70% of the equipment set for ourselves. You can pay for all installation expenses in kilowatts (NFT) after installation. The unified energy exchange rate, regardless of the country, allows for higher revenue and enables the introduction of kilowatts into payments without loss due to conversion. Additionally, you will be able to act as a generating participant in the national energy market.
The SEG Program Packages range from 35 kW to 3,300 kW, resulting in earnings ranging from 3,000 ($/€/£) to 297,000 ($/€/£) per year, minus installation expenses and insurance costs.

Construction of solar and hydroelectric power stations with capacities ranging from 1 MW to 30 MW in accordance with the 'Investment Agreement with Buyout Option' Program is available only for recipient countries.
The limit is 50 MW per country.
