Electric Marine Systems & CLASSO
Marine electric propulsion systems
We date logistic services with revenue from the sale of "green energy" from our generating companies SPPG, in order to fundamentally change global logistics, now open to everyone!
We are building for free warehouses for storing goods and cargo.
Choose a warehouse with 72 hours or 90 days of free storage. Use collapsible 40 High Cube / 75 m3 (COC) sea containers from "Eesti Container Innovations" (ECI) to place your cargo at the GDB Green Port facilities in Kazakhstan, Estonia, or Bulgaria!
Use the CLASSO Air startup service to deliver your parcel within 72 hours to any point in Europe and Asia, or get financing for your green movement with Electric Marine Systems & CLASSO! We collaborate with several technology investors who can finance individual and fleet projects.

The Story of the Electric Marine Systems & CLASSO Startup
The company Electric Marine Systems & CLASSO will be part of the current project to expand and modernize the former ship repair plant in Burgas, Republic of Bulgaria, for the implementation of the GDB Green Port Bu project. For over 60 years, the main activity of the plant has been the construction and repair of commercial vessels, with a total of 850 vessels built and launched by the plant. In addition to the aforementioned construction and repair work, the plant's specialists were also involved in ship design.

The Future with Electric Marine Systems & CLASSO
The unique team of the former shipbuilding plant was able to negotiate the reconstruction of the enterprise and the transformation of the ship repair yard infrastructure into a format for the development of "green technologies", namely: retrofitting maritime and river vessels with hybrid electric motors for the CLASSO global logistics service.
Currently, the Electric Marine Systems & CLASSO startup is in negotiations with several EU companies to establish joint production, offering clear advantages for cooperation and innovation in this industry. According to the company, after the completion of the reconstruction, the Electric Marine Systems & CLASSO startup will be able to employ up to 200 full-time employees.

An electric marine engine is your flexible, forward-looking choice!
Flexibility shields you from uncertainty regarding the availability and cost of sustainable fuel. Additionally, the electric marine engine will allow you to participate in the CLASSO Global Logistics Service. Power engines for barges and ships are electrically connected to the electric propulsion system only. This simplifies the replacement of devices with a new power source, such as an engine with future fuel, battery, or fuel cell.
The key to a successful decarbonisation project
Why integration is key to maximising performance and ROI of zero and low carbon projects through complete system integration and vessel understanding, exploring critical drivers in successful decarbonisation projects.

Excellence in electric main propulsion
How efficient are the big maritime engines used in container ships?
The type of engine used on a cargo ship depends on several factors such as the size, speed, and fuel efficiency of the vessel. Most cargo ships have either two or four engines.
A more environmentally friendly solution for diesel power
Looking for a zero-emission solution for quiet engines? We have the answer. Save time and reduce your environmental impact with our solutions for marine electric engines from Electric Marine Systems & CLASSO in Bulgaria.
Electric Marine Systems & CLASSO offers a range of turnkey electric propulsion systems for both leisure and commercial vessels, operating at the engine level of 2-55 kW and up to 130 kW at the system level.
Our systems start from 15,000 ($/€/£) and are available in various configurations.

Fancy going electric? BEFORE you do, we want to tell you EVERYTHING you need to know!
Power and propulsion
We take pride in knowing that our solutions have been chosen by our clients in an era where cost considerations and environmental impact drive the need for innovation and new thinking. In this way, we can create a future maritime ecosystem that leads to a transition to a new era of efficiency and sustainability. Pay for your business's "green transition" expenses in "green kilowatts" by accepting a deal for 12, 24, or 36 months.
River vessels and tugs
As of today, river vessels and tugs are involved in the transportation of passengers and cargo along rivers and lakes. They include self-propelled cargo ships, pusher tugs, non-self-propelled barges, barges, passenger ships, and auxiliary vessels.

The future belongs to electric marine engines!
The electrical propulsion system is and environment-friendly choice – even with diesel generators. This is because the electrical propulsion system makes it possible to operate the generators within their optimal operational range even when the load from propulsion varies. Therefore, adopting electrical propulsion for a ship will significantly reduce the emissions of NOx/NO, CO, CO2, and soot.
Low noise and vibration
Electric propulsion drives are unsurpassed for their quietness of operation.

More reliable
The propulsion system on the ship can be configured for better redundancy. This makes the system more reliable. Zero to maximum torque instantly, no waiting for engine revs to settle.
Systems from 48V to 384V, 2kW to 130kW.
Smoother manoeuvring and positioning
The electric propulsion system has excellent dynamic characteristics. Changes in propeller speed and propeller reversals during manoeuvring and positioning can be carried out at optimum acceleration rates.

Outstanding mains quality
The electric propulsion system generates only minimal harmonics or voltage drops, which means that the interference to mains is also minimal.
Easier to operate
A ship navigation and command system can control the electric propulsion drives automatically, and manually from any control console. The functions and operating states are monitored, which will prevent operating mistakes and overloads.

Leaner installation
Choosing an electric propulsion system for a ship instead of a diesel mechanical one means that there are fewer diesel motors and cylinders. The system also allows the motors to operate at constant speed, which reduces wear and tear. The result: lower costs of maintenance and less frequent demand for spare parts, which saves money.
Electric propulsion is a superior choice
Electric propulsion is a superior choice because it is so flexible. After all, you can change the type of the propulsion power source, and the rest of the propulsion system can remain as it is.
At low speeds, a vessel’s entire energy needs can be covered by a single engine running at optimum load or by batteries. Electrically enhanced propulsion is not limited by a minimum rpm but can run at 0–100% rpm with constant torque.

CLASSO Air Plans
From 2025 to 2027, CLASSO Air intends to put 10 aircraft into operation. The investment volume is approximately $4,000,000. By 2028, CLASSO Air plans to carry out up to 20 deliveries per day.
The projected gross revenue from the CLASSO Air service in the CLASSO portfolio could reach up to 60,000,000 ($/€/£) per year. CLASSO Air guarantees that cargo aviation transport rules are efficient, effective, and internationally recognized, making their transportation easier while prioritizing safety and the quality of CLASSO services.
