Doctrine of the SEG Program
The SEG Program offers autonomous and optimized solutions for the global deployment of clean energy, utilizing new sources of revenue and functioning as a "seamless global energy ecosystem for the people," thereby contributing to increased efficiency for future applications. The Program is planned to be implemented in 47 countries as well as candidate countries.
The SEG Program is governed by Regulations, as well as a smart contract, insurance regulator, national auditors, and the External Auditor of the United Kingdom.
The SEG Program includes the thesis of the possibility for private owners of "green power generation capacity" and legal entities to sell excess electricity not only to our own generating companies (SPPG) but also to any other national operators, provided they derive greater income than is stipulated within the SEG Program, based on the SEG Program Packages.
The SEG Program facilitates direct interaction in conditions of an Open Market and Open Economy, without the involvement of intermediaries. The SEG Program acts as a regulator of this interaction and also promotes the honesty and responsibility of participants, shareholders, and partners.
The SEG Program provides homeowners, landowners, and businesses (referred to as "SEG generators") with the opportunity to install renewable energy sources, in particular, equipment for generating solar and wind energy, free of charge, in accordance with a long-term equipment usage agreement.
SEG generators can use the energy generated by the SEG Program and, if desired, receive compensation for any excess electricity at the standard SEG Tariff or higher, based on the SEG Tariff:
1 kW part of the Equipment Package (lease fee) = 300.00 ($/ £/€) per year, regardless of jurisdiction.
In addition, starting from 2026, "SEG generators" will be able to make payments using identified "green kilowatts" (NFTs), eliminating the need for conversion at a unified exchange rate, as well as accept transactions for 12, 24, and 36 months, temporarily giving up fixed energy income to their counterparts, returning it after the end of the transaction at a unified rate:
1 kW = 300.00 ($/ £/€) / 12 months
1 kW = $600.00 ($/ £/€) / 24 months
1 kW = $900.00 ($/ £/€) / 36 months

We invite you to the world of the future!
Starting from 2026, we are implementing "green kilowatts" (NFT) as a payment instrument in e-commerce, insurance, and services, creating the necessary infrastructure: "green ports," "green investments," "green insurance," so that each of you can participate in this project, gaining more resources and opportunities for implementation.

Globalization of the Open Energy Market
Substituting hydrocarbons with a "green tariff".
The SEG Program operates in countries undergoing electricity market restructuring to accelerate the transition to renewable energy and phase out gas, making consumers less reliant on volatile prices of carbon fuels, better protecting consumers from future price spikes and potential market manipulation, and making industries cleaner and more competitive.
There is an open energy market.
The SEG Program operates in countries where governments incentivize the transition to renewable energy sources, attracting private investments not only in infrastructure but also creating an open energy market, making energy a profitable part of households' and private companies' income.
Governments are incentivizing the development of "green infrastructure."
The SEG Program supports governments in creating critically important energy infrastructure as well as in generating new job opportunities.
Priority: contracts for 3-5 years.
The SEG Program helps to secure safe long-term prices to avoid excessive risks. This can be achieved by introducing two types of long-term energy supply contracts with fixed prices and ensuring contracts with standardized leasing rates for the placement of solar or wind generation equipment, regardless of jurisdiction.
Globalization of the energy market.
The SEG Program enables energy to be traded as a commodity in an open format, allowing companies and private consumers to enter into long-term contracts with primary energy suppliers at a fixed price, without intermediaries, thus avoiding additional financial burden.
Producer to consumer, without intermediaries.
The SEG Program facilitates direct interaction between energy producers and consumers by providing end consumers with fixed-price electricity contracts, which are currently lacking in many European energy companies.
Freedom of choice.
The SEG Program promotes giving end consumers the opportunity to choose between fixed-price electricity contracts or dynamic tariffs, without intermediaries.
More opportunities.
The SEG Program includes the thesis of allowing private owners of green electricity generation capacities and legal entities to sell excess generated electricity not only to the grid operator but also directly to their neighbors or end consumers, thus creating an open market for direct energy sales.
To swipe like in Tinder + resource of "green" energy
Swipe like in Tinder through real sector proposals in the 'Nation's Cooperation' service. Swipe like in Tinder through 'Trust' Program offerings with Investment Package resources and Loyalty Program. Install clean energy generation equipment from the SEG Program, receiving financial resources from selling energy on your rooftop or land plot, or purchase a Round at a community farm. And we'll assist you every step of the way! And we'll assist you every step of the way!

Doctrine of the SEG Program

This is exactly how we want to offer everyone to become a global climate-neutral 'nation's' generating company by 2030.

Our goal is to establish our own Generating Companies (SPPG), in 47 countries across Europe and Asia to fulfill as many requests from households and businesses for the installation of solar and wind stations without financial burden on citizens and governments. We plan to build 4 of our own "Solar, Nanotubes, and Innovation" (Australia).
The SEG Program includes a thesis on the opportunity for private owners of green generation capacities and legal entities to not only sell excess generated electricity to us, the grid operator, directly to neighbors or direct energy consumers, but also to create new income centers around their stations, aiming for autonomy within the "produce-consume-sell" concept.
